Solved: ISE intall Erro

I operate according to the ISE administrator manual, the mirror starts from the U disk, and a SNS3615 is installed. The installation interface has been stuck in the screenshot below, may I ask if this is the correct picture? How to solve it?

- The last message Starting dracut initqueue , relates to Redhat kickstart installations and or more important -> as noted by @balaji.bandi -> make sure that you install a compatible ISE version for the SNS3615
