Hi, 

If a customer orders ISE and after a year gets integrated into another organization would it then be possible to move the licenses from Customer A to B so we integrate all the licenses together in one agreement?

There's not a standard offering for such a change; but it can be done through intercession of your Cisco Account Manager.

They can make the request internally and, once approved, the Cisco licensing team can make it happen.
