java-Telnet timeout issue from some of the Cisco devices -- Pls help me out

We have currently installed CiscoWorks LMS 2.5 January 2005 release on a SUN solaris 2.8 and the bundles installed are Common services CCS 3.0 and Resource Manager Essentials RME 4.0.

when we do credential verification, CiscoWorks LMS 2.5 is giving the following error:

"Failed to connect to the Device due to Read timed out 192.168.255.97 with protocol telnetjava.net.SocketTimeoutException:

Read timed outNo SessionContext found for CmdSvc context 0 "

This is happening only for some of the devices.

Please let me know if any faced this problem and its resolution. Also confirm this as a bug and this bug is resolved in the latest update/release.

Please someone reply on this. Telnet is timing out in some of the IOS devices running 'P' type of software. Due you guys have any clue on this?
