I am using cisco firepower 2110
Regarding the license with firewall, ips
I don't pay much attention to the smart licenses because the license part is added by the device seller.
But now when I deploy the configuration, it requires re-registering the Smart licenses.
I want to ask if I don't have a cisco account to manage the previous smart licenses, can I re-register?
If I register again, will I lose the previous licenses?
Because there was a problem with the old device supplier for a long time, I couldn't contact them
Thank you

Your Smart license SHOULD be registered to your company - not to the reseller. You may need to open a TAC licensing case to inquire where they actually are and get access to that Smart Account.
When you register, a token from that Smart Account is used. It will then validate that you have sufficient and current licenses in the account for your equipment's configured license types.

Hi @Guillaume Martineau ,Contact the company, and open a case with TAC
They will support you if the contract is still valid,
or you can contact your equipment supplier for the best support
