If archiving is not setup then the logs should show something a user logged in at certain time
If logs are overwritten you still maybe able to see something with below commands depending on IOS version
show users
show connection
show sessions
how to setup archiving for future

all thease command's display output when user r live connected but i want to know when user will be offline mode and admin want to check who is last login guies then how to check it..?

Then you need to have archive enabled to see who had logged in , there is no command that records users automatically it needs to be setup first on the device
archive is how you do it if you don't have an application like ise or acs that would record users logging into devices and store it for admins to see

yeah i also think about ISE or ACS implementation using tacacs or radius protocole anyway thanks a lot dear
