Lots of questions and no answers?

Hi All,

I've posted the message about NAT through a 3000 series VPN concentrator. i got a quite helpful answer from someone. BUT, it appears that this forum has quite a lot of questions and no answers.

Do Cisco people answer questions? who knows the offical support line that i presume (mutter mutter) costs per incident or something similar?
