Hi All,
I have an FTD 1140.
I have migrated ASA5516 to FTD 1140 by using FMC version 7.0 and cisco MT version 2.4
I want to manage FTD with local (FDM). (it is currently working with FMC)
the question is: is that possible without configuration change? without any impact functionality?
Thanks
Ashkan

Unfortunately not, you cannot change managed from FMC to local FDM management without losing the configuration.
You need to convert the device to local management, this will wipe the configuration. Here is an example on how to change from central to local management. Once converted the FTD will have the default configuration, you then need to connect to the FDM GUI from a web browser to configure the device from scratch.
