Dear all,
is it possible to measure via FMC (platform 5545-X, running FTD 6.2) the following?
1. total inbound youtube traffic within specifed time range (eg. 10Tbytes of inbound traffic during last 3 months).
2. total outbound youtube traffic within specifed time range (eg. 1Tbyte of outbound traffic during last 3 months).
3. average inbound youtube bandwidth within specifed time range (eg. 20Mbps during last 10 minutes and 5Mbps during last 5 hours).
4. average outbound youtube bandwidth within specifed time range (eg. 2Mbps during last 10 minutes and 100Kbps during last 5 hours).
The above applies for facebook (all facebook traffic) also.
PS the initial onjective was to measure the above described traffic and bandwidth and afterwards create QoS policies to control it, *BUT* we should not forget the fact that inbound traffic QoS should only make sense on behalf of the upstream provider, am i correct?
