Migration from Checkpoint to asa 5510 ver 8.4

We are in the process of migrating from Checkpoint to ASA version 8.4. We have used one of the toll called SCT to converts CP config to ASA config.

Now the chellenge is the tool converts the config in prior to 8.4 version.

Here are my Questions:-

1. Is there any tool which can convert 8.3 prior config to 8.4 config.
   
2. The CP does not applies the access rule based on Interface but ASA does. Can we use The global ACL control list supported in version 8.4 onwards.
   
3. CP uses Virtual IP aadress .. How can we use this scenerio in ASA.

Here is the new self-service tool that Cisco has released to convert to any vendor firewalls to Cisco ASA.

Currently it supports Juniper ScreenOS and CheckPoint to Cisco ASA conversion.
