Devices names/brands are missing ? Should we assume that Column D is for modem, E is for Router , etc ?

Hi, consider just column F, it is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), I would like to know about these concepts or meanings "segmentable netowrk port" and "Network security on serial port". I know it is not the same with modem, switch, routers, but at least it would help me to have a better concept.

meaning of "Segmentable network port" I guess it means "network Segmentation" where network is completely disconnected from others networks (based on ports). in case of routers, 2 ports with different networks, they do inter-communicate with each others by default; no config needed. You have to apply configuration to segment those networks.
The definition : Network segmentation is a network security technique that divides a network into smaller, distinct sub-networks that enable network teams to compartmentalize the sub-networks and deliver unique security controls and services to each sub-network.
