Multiple User login issue from same PC via Cisco Any Connect VPN

Hello Team,

From an external jumbhost server user's are trying to connect our network via Cisco Anyconnect. But only one user on the jumbhost server can connect to anyconnect VPN other users connected the same server via RDP are not able to connect the remote access VPN.

We have tried to give "vpn-simultaneous-logins <number of concurrent sessions>" but that time mutiple users should use a single login credentials which didnt resolved our issue.

Please share your inputs on this issue riding towards a resolution.

Thanking You!

Hi

You have simultaneous clients feature enabled, good.
Can you validate if you have this tag and what your value is:
<WindowsVPNEstablishment>AllowRemoteUsers</WindowsVPNEstablishment>

Also can you please share the error message other users are getting from anyconnect?

Thanks
Francesco

I have this issue too and am wondering if its possible. I don't think it is based on how Anyconnect interacts with the TCP stack, but the error I get is "another user is already connected".

The challenge there is that we are doing per-user ACLs via the Jumpbox, so when user 'X' is connected he has access to some resources while user 'Y' may have a different resource set.
