nac agent error

Hi,

While running nac agent I get the follwoing error

run time error 7 , out of memory

win 2000 p3 machine  nac agent vsresion 4.1.3.2

It is running ok in all other machien except this one

It sounds like a Windows 2000 problem with a VB component the agent uses (FM20.DLL).

We've seen that installing VB Runtime Environment with Service Pack 6 fixes the issue for most users.
