After implementation of NAC OOB VG in our LAN network, users are complaining of random network loss. Any guess?

If you are using Clean Access Agent v 4.1.3.0 upgrade to 4.1.3.1 and the problem will be resolved.

you have option to download root cert from NAC web page and then add it as trusted cert root to your network (use GPO)

Another way to do this is to create your own CA and sign certificates for the NAC boxes with it. You can then deploy the root cert as a trusted source via AD.
