NAC and WSUS - Workstations with Proxy

Hi,

I Configured the requeriment WSUS as mandatory and when I was testing in a workstation, network errors occurred.
The workstations are configured with proxy and is not transparent, users need to authenticate to gain access to the Internet.
But the WSUS server is on LAN, but on a different subnet of stations.
I removed the proxy settings of the workstations and the test worked.
I returned the proxy settings and includes an exception to the url of the WSUS server and also worked.

If I have to do this at all workstations will be complicated.

There is another solution to this case?

Daniel,

Don't think so. The WSUS remediation occurs over 443/80, and if you're proxying for that, either your proxy server would need to be intelligent enough to send that traffic to your WSUS servers, or you'll have to disable the proxy for the WSUS servers.
