NAC - Problem in Autoupdate database- New Install

Hi,

I am not able to auto update the Clean Access and get following message. Can anyone suggest what can be the problem. The IP of CAM is nated on PIX forewall with any-any access list but still update is not complete. I would like to inform that it is a new install.

Are you using AV rules or PC rules? They should be automatically updated if you are using AV rules, but will have to be manually updated if you are using PC rules. If you are using AV rules, please let me know the OS and exact version of Norton Internet Security. Here is a link to the supported antivirus programs and versions
