NAC windows hotfix checks

Hi Guys,

I just noticed that the windows checks on our NAC is somewhat not that updated when compared to the Microsoft website even though our CAM is set to automatically pull down updates everyday. Does anybody know what sort of hotfixes does the Cisco NAC download and publish?

Adrian,

We do the updates for checks every month when MS comes out with their patches, but if you're using the Cisco checks and rules, we only check for critical updates. If you want complete compliance with what MS deems necessary, you should configure a WSUS or WU requirement.
