NAM hard disk backup, pls help URGENt

Dear all,

Please help me retreiving or to backup all the data which exists in the hard disk of WS-SVC-NAM2.

is there any way , by which i can copy the entire harddisk ? and copy the same to a new one....as the data is very useful...

Please help me for NAM (Network Analysis Module ) troubleshooting.we have received new NAM module.before installation Please suggest a way in which we can retain all the historical data from the existing module and replicate it on the new module.

Old module is presently working, but reboots frequently, and we are willing to replace it with new module, as this is a critical LIVE setup.

This is not possible. You can backup the NAM's configuration using the "config" CLI command. For example:

config upload ftp://user:pass@10.1.1.1/nam.cfg

Report data can be exported in CSV format, or saved to an external FTP server. The external FTP server can be setup under Admin > System > FTP Configuration.
