Need help with SOAP or TCP IP Headers

I have a client I am trying to help that runs a program made by a company called Juris. To update the application the support team determined that we need to enable SOAP headers on our PIX 506E. I could not locate any information describing this information. I am assuming that during the inbound communication the header is either be removed or disregarded. When we hook the server to a firewall less device then we have no problem. The application uses port 80 to communicate to the site. Any ideas?

Hi,

There isn't a command to enable or disable soap headers as such on the pix (there are more options on the ASA, but still no explicit commands for SOAP).

If it's definitely the firewall causing the problem then the only candidate I can think of would be the http fixup, assuming you have that enabled. Try "no fixup protocol http" to see if that fixes the problem.
