I am not sure which video links you are referring to. If you are referring to configuration videos, then youtube has hundreds of them.  Just search for what you want to configure.

As for configuration guides, the following webpage provides links to configuration guides for the different versions of ASA.  Just select the software verion guide you are configuring:

you don't need an image file to run ASA on GNS3.

you just need to get some Linux/kernel files available in GNS3 forums/links.
