NM-CIDS module in 3845 router

I do not have much experience in security and haven't configured the IDS in the router yet. I also can't find any documentation showing me how to configure the IDS-Sensor interface. Does anyone know where to get this documentation. I don't know if this is typically done via command line or if they actually have a security device manager for the NM-CIDS module. Thanks!

Can you check for me "show inv" ? What (IPS) device is this exactly?

I've never done it via SDM.
