no sla or tracking commands available on ASA5525X in multicontext mode

I wanted to do some route tracking on my ASA 5525x which is running in Multi-context mode but the SLA and Tracking commands don't seem to be available.

I am running 9.6.4(3)

Do I need to do something to turn it on, I cannot find anything in the command guide that says it should not work

Sla is only supported in routed single mode.
