Hi All
I'm a little lost as to which certs correspond to learning to run firewalls. For starters, is the ASA line still active, or kind of legacy? Are there any lines other than Firepower?
Does the CCNA teach for these product lines? Last time I checked, CCNA didn't really teach firewalls and it was mainly L3 switches.

@Garegin88 the ASA software is still being developed and used in some scenarios that don't required the NGFW functionality. The Firepower (FTD) software is Cisco's NGFW solution.
In regard to certificates the SNCF exam 300-710 covers Firepower Firewalls - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/training-events/training-certifications/exams/current-list/sncf-300-710.html

@Garegin88 there is no specific certs to just the ASA. If you want ASA training there are plenty on udemy, CBT nuggets, lammle etc.
Here are all the Cisco security certs
