Not able to connect fxos on ftd 3120

Hi,

Have created a local cli user in FTD 3120 after the user creation not able to login to FTD with user getting error 

"More than 32 CLI sessions are not allowed"

Also while connecting to fxos from FTD with admin access getting error

"More than 32 CLI sessions are not allowed"

Only changes made on the FTD was creation of a new user.

How can i resolve the error any help will be appreciated

FTD version - 7.2.3

FXOS version - 2.12

You can check the output of below cli and then you can see what the active sessions are:

Fxos#scope security
Fxos/security# show user-sessions local
Fxos/security# show user-sessions local detail

After you take the outputs, you can clear the sessions displayed with the following commands:

fxos/security # delete user-sessions local admin [session ID]

fxos/security # commit-buffer

Please open case to Cisco TAC if issue is still existing and also you might need to provide the show-tech to TAC.
