hello,
I have pull of IP 64 which is 25.25.25.0/26
and when i use to access its on internet with 25.25.25.58 its not open. while i check NAT and ACL are all configure properly.
what other reason are there ?

get the above when the host failed to go out. If you see syn timeout pls. contact your ISP and ask them if they are forwarding packets destined to this IP addres towards your firewall.

Give you ASA and ACL config for us to check for mistakes.
The nat should be a static, not a nat-global.
