What are the commands to assign a client device the same dhcp ip address? I want to define the mac-address of the client so that it awlays gets the same ip address from the dhcpd server on the ASA5505.
Thanks,

The PIX 500 Series Security Appliance and Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) support operating as both Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) servers and DHCP clients. DHCP is a protocol that supplies automatic configuration parameters such as an IP address with a subnet mask, default gateway, DNS server, and WINS server IP address to hosts.

Reserved DHCP addresses is not possible for the ASA.

Yup...that's what I found as well. Feel free to submit a feature request to your account teams.
This is a basic function and for the ASA5505 soho firewall should be available (like it is in the 870 series routers).
Thx
