Can't ping devices on the Internet from the inside interface, only from the outside interface. Also from a workstation that is plugged into port E01 through E1/7 on the ASA can't ping devices on the Internet (I can brows the Internet from a workstation plugged into the ASA). Also can't ping a device that is on the other end of the site-to-site VPN tunnel from a workstation

Sounds like you could have a NAT issue - are you natting from the inside to the outside via the interface or a specific IP address from the pool of outside IP's??
