Pix 501 that don't allow outside connections

I have a pix correctly configured to make outbound connections from the external address. I have configured a nat pool to allow the internal hosts make outbound connections using NAT. But my problem is that when an internal host try to access to any external addresses, it is unable. However the external ip of the pix can access without any problem. Any suggestions ? Thanks

To start from scratch, did you configure conduits or Access-lists also?

I don't have any conduit or static access configured. But I have some access-list configured for vpn connection. Only for that.
