PIX 501

I have a PIX 501 for my home. Everytime I touch it or someone bumps my desk it reboots. It seems there is some issue with the connector to the physical PIX. I have endured the pain for a while now, but would like to eventually resolve the issue. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Has there been an Alert and/or "Recall" on this issue?

You need to replace it. There is a field notice on this issue

I had searched for the issue and had not found anything.

This time I used "PIX 501 field notice"
