PixOS 6.3 starts supporting 802.1q, is this correct? If not, which version starts supporting it? And even 6.3 supports 802.1q, Pix 506e doesn't support it. Is that the case? Thanks.

Never mind.
Here is the url for pix to support 802.1q.

The upcoming maintenance release of PIX 6.3(4) will add support for 2 802.1q intrerfaces on the PIX 506E platform. The follow on 7.0 release should increase this number as well. We are still investigating whether or not the non-E 506 will be able to support .1q interfaces. The 6.3(4) release should be available later this month (May).
Hope this helps.

will 6.3.4 reach GD status?

Most likely but GD status means a number of things. One of which is a minimum "time in the field" so don't look for it anytime soon.

6.3.3 is pretty solid, I have it running on all the boxes I have out no problems except 1 bug I reported (embryonic limits outbound+PAT) but it is solid, Anyways Vlan on the 506e is icing on the cake. hopefully my EFT gets approved soon for 6.3.4 :)
