Pix 515 hangs on memory allocation error

we have 2 515's in active / stby and over the last week have had 2 crashes on memory allocation errors, the primary fails to failover and we are left with no service for our customers. the maximum number of connections is only 385 and there is 45000000 free memory avail. can anyone assist.

Since you have not mentioned the PIX software version don't know if its a known bug better check that out. One more thing is that the memory could have bad sectors,try changing the memory.
