Pix 525 Failover

I have three pair of pix firewalls and 5 Cisco Content Engines, when I point the CE at either pair of Pix firewalls, within a few days firewall will failover.... The firewall's that at not supporting the CE does not failover ... has anyone seen any issues with CE load on the Pix firewall and causing them to failover..

One of the reasons for pix firewall failover is memory block exhaustion, I think thats whats happening here.
