i would like to have a support to allow traffic of PPTP and GRE ports

For PPTP you need to eneable PPTP inspection. You need to open GRE and TCP port 1723.Here is a guide that explains it http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_configuration_example09186a0080094a5a.shtml

For just GRE, you can allow it with an ACL that permits gre.
