We are setting up a load balancing design, and I noticed the only routing protocol the Pix supports is RIP. I know in 6.3 it will support OSPF, what about EIGRP? Any information would be extremely helpful so i can anticipate design changes.

Instead of routers, we are using dual 3550s EMI. and we have the 4 Port DMZ card. We are just using 1 unit though, with the failover unit. Using 1 port on the 4 port DMZ to as an incoming port. The outs go to the Load Balancers.

I know pix doesnt support EIGRP now, i was asking about version 6.3.

6.3 will support OSPF. no current plans for EIGRP support.
