i want to know the purpose and use of the following default commands.
1. fixup protocol http 80
and all other fixup commands.

Arun,
This command is basically for binding a particulat port ot a particulat protocol or a service.
ie, the command fixup protocol binds port 80 with http.
You can also bind a different port (for security reasons) for a particular protocol/service.
like fixup protocol http 21 would bind port 21 with http which is conventionally used for ftp.
