Does any body have an idea how to connect up a PIX with two ISP connections and setting up two default gateways. Of course without involving an external router. For example, if I have a PIX with 4 NICS and have two Ethernet feeds from two providers, how can I set one as an backup default gateway, in cae the primary fails? ( One ISP goes to 'outside; and the second ISP goes to say 'dmz3')
I know this is not normally done in a real situation. I'm just curious.
With thanks!

wont work. You must use a router. Pix will only look at one default gateway

Hi,
The only way to pull something like this off, would be to know exactly where you need to send the traffic. So in this case it wouldn't really be another default gateway but rather just a static route..
Hope this help,
Aamir
