PIX FAILOVER PING TEST

Hi.

I configured correcly 2 pix units as a active-standby with failover.

I notice a strange ping error test during startup of standby pix device, but

if i ping from the 2nd unit 1st unit all is ok.

Using sh failover lan detail failover start correclty.

Someone can give me more hints obout this?

Try changing out the cable and/or changing the port on the switch. It could be just a faulty cable causing the issue.
