Here is a hint.
Connect a computer directly connected to the pix console interface and opne a hypertermn session when the pix reboots it is going to generate some tracebacks, open a TAC case and send the tracebacks to the pix firewall team.
Sometimes the reboots are due to incorrect VPN configuration or sometimes they are due to caveats not necessarily a pix hardware issue.
My two cents

Where you able to get the tracebacks??

Hi, Thibaut
You can also try to get the tracebacks by doing the command 'show crashinfo'. It should show you a saved crash file. Once that you get it, please open a TAC case as previously suggested. If it is not showing you any sort of information and you cannot get the computer plugged into the console of your PIX, then enable saving the traceback files with the command:
'crashinfo save enable'
and then wait for next reboot (this time the crashfile should be saved into FLASH). You can also test the ability of the PIX of saving the file without crashing it with the command 'crashinfo test' or force it to crash with 'crashinfo force [page-fault | watchdog]'.
Hope that helps! And don't forget to open the TAC case as soon as you get the crash file :0).
Avec plaisir!
