Looks like the Activation key ofthe PIX Firewall license ?
Use the activation-key command in order to change your activation key if your PIX currently runs versions 6.2 or 6.3. Refer to the PIX Command Reference for more information.
Example: Upgrade the Activation Key on a PIX that Runs Versions 6.2 or 6.3
pixfirewall(config)#activation-key 54bf4b80 b7237e20 05022c63 f09e3302

Iam not sure if its activation key - it looks like cryptochecksum
Checksum is numeric value used to verify the integrity of a block of data. The value is computed using a checksum procedure.
In PIX firewall is checksum computed from stored configuration - so when is configuration changed and saved new checksum is computed
PIX# wri mem
Building configuration...
Cryptochecksum: xxxx
So it means if configuration is changed crypto checksum is also changed - so you can easily find out if configuration was altered
M,
Hope that helps , rate if it does
