I am trying to connect a modem to the console port of a PIX series II for temorary remote support as we are moving the box to another location. We are using the 25pin D modem headshell with a rollover cable to a 9pin Headshell, the remote modem is not handshaking with the calling modem, both modems were reset to factory defaults then configured with auto answer.
