PIX syslog question

Hi,

I have configured 2 PIX using 6.2 with failover features. When I look at the syslog file, I noticed that both PIX are sending syslog msg to the syslog server.

My question is ,why is the standby PIX also sending syslog msg like "built-up connection" syslog msg. I thought only the primary(active) PIX shld appear in tthe syslog file only?

From the docs it loooks like only failover errors should be reported. It seems there is a configuration issue or bug in 6.2 on this. You'll need to report it to Cisco to have it checked out. Let me know what you find out.
