I have a 515e only has two Ethernet interfaces, can I buy a ethernet module for two more interfaces? Does any license or IOS need upgrade?

Yes you can attach Ethernet module to it and there is not need for any license or upgrade.

I'm not sure about v7.x but i know for sure that with 6.x it depends on the license you have.
With a restricted license you can run 3 10/100 fast ethernet interfaces only. So if you want to run 4 interfaces you are going to need an unrestricted license.
Alternatively you could look to use 802.1q trunks and create logical interfaces on your pix.

keep in mind that one of the pci slots in the 515 might have a vac installed in it - giving you only one usable slot.
