When I add new subinterface on pix after I add command "nameif xxxxxx" cpu usage on pix become 100% and don't reduce befor I delete this subintarface. On this pix 29 subinterfaces are configured but on 7.1(x) software. Any idea about this problem?

sounds like a bug in the code to me. have you openned a TAC case on this yet?
