PMTU discovery issue

I know the command "no ip unreachables" breaks PMTU discovery.

Does the following command in the ASA have any impact on PMTU discovery?  icmp unreachable rate-limit 1 burst-size 1

Also is there anything on a ASA 5510 running 9.1 that I can configure that would make sure PMTU discovery works?
