hi
I have connectivity Cisco ASA 5585-x with Cisco 4500 switch and i want to ask can i make the ASA side redundant-interface and the 4500 switch side interface port-channel interface is that allowed or compatible ?

That is not compatible. You can, however, make the ASA side a portchannel and the 4500 switch a portchannel and this will work so long as both are using the same protocol (for example LACP).

Hi,
You can use ASA HA Cluster, with spanned etherchannel.
