Preempt-Active/Standby

Hi

Is the preempt option available in active standby ASA firewall setup with single context...somewhere i have read that same is available in active-active setup or active/standby setup with multiple context..

any supporting doc fo the same if avialable..

You are absolutely right. The "preempt" option is only available in multiple context mode.

I also did a quick search on the latest version and it is not there yet. It is only supported on Multiple context

Single
