Problems after upgraded to PIX 7.22

We have 6.3(4) on PIX506E, and PIX515E, 7.1(2) on PIX525. They are rock solid and very happy with those.

But after we upgraded PIX515E with 6.3(4) to 7.2(2), all ACLs stopped working.

After downgraded from 7.2(2) to 7.1(2), eventhing went well.

Andy idea? Does 7.2 have known issues?

Or what is the best stable PIX version?

I was told by a CCIE if you didn't need the functionalties offered in 7.1(2) or 7.2(1), 7.0.6 was the most stable one. I have it running in production and have had zero issues with it.
