Problems with Loggin on PIX 515E

Everytime I enable loggin with my PIX 515E and arandom amount of time passes it will completely close down all access through the device. Any help would be appreciated. I am running ver. 7.0(1) and I have attached a copy of my config. for all to check.

It appears that you have syslog messages configured to use TCP. This causes the PIX to do synchronous logging and if the messages cannot be delivered to the syslog server no connections are allowed through the device. Change to udp or turn off synchronous logging option with ?logging permit-hostdown?.
