Hello Luis,

I would say it might be due to a privilege problem,

Can you log in with an administrator login and give it a try

Julio

Hi Julio

I already check the privilege and is set at 15(Admin). The thing is that the problem is only with the User Accounts menu.

In fact I already tried with anthoer user and I got the same problem.

Regards.

P.D. The device has a test licence.

Hello Luis,

If you get into the CLI do you see any aaa authorization configuration?

Yes Julio, this is what I see:

aaa authentication serial console TACACS LOCAL

aaa authentication http console LOCAL

aaa authentication ssh console LOCAL

aaa authorization command LOCAL

Regards.

Hello Luis,

Then is something with the privilege setup.

At the end of the configuration you are going to see the privilege setup,

You could try starting to removing those privileges and then checking, if does not make a difference you put it back until you found the one

As an example:

privilege show level 3 mode exec command

privilege show level 3 mode exec command
