Problems with PAT on PIX 501 using outside ip address?

What causes this error?

ip address outside 116.166.249.100 255.255.255.240

ip address inside 10.0.0.200 255.255.255.0

asdfsdaf(config)# global (outside) 1 interface

Warning: Start and End addresses overlap with broadcast address.

outside interface address added to PAT pool

What is the fix? Clues? Ideas?

This is caused by cosmetic bug CSCdx64233 (http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCdx64223&Submit=Search), purely cosmetic, fixed in 6.3(1) and nothing to worry about.
