Product Authorization Key for CGR2010

Dear all , I have product Authorization Key for router CGR2010 for the license with product number : L-SL-20-DATA-K9= and L-SL-20-SEC-K9= 
I have never implimented these licenses to the ROUTER and now I want to buy a new CGR2010 and use these licenses , these licenses are for 9 years ago !! Can I still use them in my router?! in which link I can check if these licenses are ok and I can still use them in a new license ?! Can I check by the "product Authorization Key " ?!

Can I have a file included this license that it could be permanent with saving possibility ?
